By accessing and using HS Distributors' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

HS Distributors provides comprehensive distribution and logistics services including:

  Inventory Management: Real-time stock visibility and automated reorder systems

  Retail Compliance: Labeling, pack-outs, and store-specific requirements

Users of our services are responsible for:

  Accurate Information: Providing accurate and up-to-date business and contact information

  Compliance: Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards

  Payment Terms: Timely payment of invoices and service fees as agreed

  Communication: Maintaining open communication regarding service requirements and issues

While we strive to provide excellent service, certain limitations apply:

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• Service Availability: Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• Coverage Areas: Services are primarily available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and designated coverage areas

Payment terms and conditions:

  Payment Schedule: Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed

  Late Fees: 1.5% monthly service charge on overdue balances

  Disputed Charges: Must be reported within 30 days of invoice date

  Service Suspension: Services may be suspended for non-payment after 60 days

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Maximum Liability: Limited to the total amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Consequential Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Insurance: Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
